Shop News

Hi there and happy almost February! For many, January felt like the thirteenth month of 2020, but I hope you've been doing well and keeping your head up.

There are a handful of topics that I want to address to keep you up to date on the latest shop news.

Restock // The Happy at Home stamp set is being restocked and will be available for purchase with February's release on the 15th at 10am Eastern.

Less plastic // In case you were wondering why your recent stamps arrived in different types packaging, I've moved away from the plastic bags. New stamp sets will arrive in glassine bags, but there are still stamps in stock that are in the old packaging.

Contact me // I appreciate and take all feedback into consideration, but kindly ask that if you have any questions or concerns to please email me. Feed Your Craft is run entirely by me aside from contracted art and the manufacturing of all products. In order to give your communication the attention it deserves, I ask that you refrain from contacting me via DM on Instagram because it's very likely to get missed.

Digital ephemera // I know that many would like the ephemera to be offered digitally, but for the foreseeable future it will remain as a physical-only item.

Digital purchases // With the recent changes regarding shipping outside of the US and Canada, the digital items were affected in a small way. Any digital-only purchase is now manually fulfilled and can take up to 24 hours for the download link(s) to be emailed to you.

Orders with a mix of physical and digital items have not changed. Download link(s) to digital items are sent once your order has been fulfilled. Normal turnaround time is 24-48 hours but can be up to 72 in extreme cases.

Shipping delays // The USPS is still experiencing high mail volume and staff shortages so your package may need extra time to arrive.

Sneak peek // I had the pleasure of working with Emma Hall, the lovely artist behind Emma Make, for the February kit and I'm over the moon with the illustrations she created. If you're not familiar with Emma Make, I hope you'll visit her Etsy shop and Instagram. Here's a little peek of the Friends Forever kit that will be available February 15th at 10am EST.
